NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2015 and entered in 15001627CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH4 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH4, is the Plaintiff and CHAD HOLBROOK A/K/A CHAD E. HOLBROOK; VICTORIA HOLBROOK; FLORA PINKERTON A/K/A FLORA R. RAINES-PINKERTON; TIMOTTHY W. PINKERTON A/K/A TIMOTTHY PINKERTON A/K/A TIMOTHY R. PINKERTON; PINNACLE FINANCE, LLC are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on 12/18/15, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, IN BLOCK 490, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGES 19A THROUGH 19D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
