and commonly known as: 4090 MICHEL TREE ST, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33948; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale on 1/4/2016, at 11AM, at online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
