NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002567
of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and Gilbert L. Moore, Karen J. Moore, are Defendants, the Office of Barbara T. Scott, Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 21st day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 397, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, section 23, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 14A thru 14E, of the Public Records of Charlotte County Florida.
Property Address: 840 Silver Springs Terrace NW, Port Charlotte, FL 33948-3744
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
