NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 6, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013CA007370AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and William G. Osmer; Unknown Spouse of William G. Osmer; Martha Teague; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Philip Teague, Deceased; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Eagle Creek Recreation Association, Inc.; The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a the Bank of New York, as Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders of the CWHEQ Inc., CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-C are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7481, EAGLE CREEK III, BUILDING 5, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1145, PAGES 6 THROUGH 70, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGES 198 THROUGH 201, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
