NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 2010CA3033 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank, FSB is the Plaintiff and Nancy Neaves Jones; Unknown Spouse of Nancy Neaves Jones; If living, including any unknown spouse of said defendant(s), if remarried, and if deceased, the respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 15th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 4, GULF AND BAY ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
