NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2015 and entered in CASE NO. 2015-CA-1268 of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein LIGHTHOUSE COVE AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, INC., is Plaintiff, and Solon Belony and Christna Belony are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 30th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 3194, LIGHTHOUSE COVE AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7144 Chatum Light Run, Bradenton, FL 34212.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
