NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 28, 2014 in Civil Case No. 41 2012CA008034AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-WMC4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-WMC4 is the Plaintiff, and PAUL F DEESE; TAMMY L. DEESE; FLORIDA CENTRAL CREDIT UNION; SUGAR RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/KA/ PAUL DEESE IV; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION N/K/A OPAL DEESE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on December 15, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK E, SUGAR RIDGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 177 THROUGH 182, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
