F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and ESTALENA ROGERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ESTALENA ROGERSON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE II, OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on December 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 328, BUILDING K, BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE II, SECTION 3, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 993, PAGES 656 THROUGH 682, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 50 AND 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
