NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of November, 2015, and entered in Case No. 412013002688, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and GAYE B. RODDENBERRY; COURTYARD SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 17th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 55, COURTYARD SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1003, PAGES 1982 THROUGH 2042, AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 144, 145 AND 146, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
