NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002216 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and JOHN W. DAVIDSON A/K/A JOHN DAVIDSON, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 5th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 97, BAYOU ESTATES NORTH, PHASE II-C, A CLUSTER SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 82 THROUGH 86, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
