Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated October 20, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2008CA010947AX, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and PATRICIA RONDEROS, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 299, STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE A, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 160 THROUGH 179, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO PATRICIA RONDEROS, A MARRIED WOMAN FROM EDUARDO RONDEROS AND PATRICIA RONDEROS, HUSBAND AND WIFE BY THAT DEED DATED 04/21/2006 AND RECORDED 04/25/2006 IN DEED BOOK 2119 AND PAGE 3231 OF THE MANATEE COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 23rd day of February, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
