NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-002659 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR CWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 is Plaintiff and JOHN A. LANHAM A/K/A JOHN LANHAM; REBECCA D. LANHAM A/K/A REBECCA LANHAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN A. LANHAM A/K/A JOHN LANHAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REBECCA D. LANHAM A/K/A REBECCA LANHAM; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; ADMINISTRATION OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, AN AGENCY OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 21st day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
Legal: THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 75, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 99 AND 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
