NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2015, and entered in 12-1879-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CSFB MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-12, is the Plaintiff, and RICARDO RIVERA A/K/A RICHARD RIVERA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; ADA M. RIVERA A/K/A ADA RIVERA; UNKNOWN TENANT, are the Defendant(s).
Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL, at 11:00 AM on December 21, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK B, THE MOORINGS, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE(S) 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
