NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000301 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Federal National Mortgage Association, is the Plaintiff and Mary J. Ritz a/k/a Mary Ritz, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Kings Lake Homeowners Association, Inc., Tamarynd Place Condominium, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21st day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 102, OF BUILDING NO. 3, OF TAMARYND PLACE AT KINGS LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1356, PAGE 1014, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
