NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000662 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Edilberto Lora, Veronica Lora, Unknown Party #1 NKA Brianda Martinez, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
