NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of November, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-000671, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MARILYN BOROWSKY A/K/A MARILYN B. BOROWSKY A/K/A MARILYN BETTY BOROWSKY COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA SATURNIA LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 21st day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 560, SATURNIA LAKES - PLAT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 67 TO 72, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
