YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you for foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien for such unpaid amounts due to the above-named Plaintiff for the following premises located in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 102 in Building 23, SHERWOOD II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2237, Pages 700 through 794A, inclusive, as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida. TOGETHER with the exclusive right to use Parking Garage G-102, Building 23, according to said Declaration of Condominium.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff's attorney, Brian O. Cross, Esq., Goede, Adamczyk, DeBoest & Cross, PLLC, 8950 Fontana del Sol Way, Naples, FL 34109, within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
