GIDDENS; PATRICIA D. GIDDENS A/K/A PATRICIA GIDDENS; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC.; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 6 day of January, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 1, IDALIA ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 44, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
