Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050590, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff, and WALLACE BRENNEMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A KENT H. ROTH; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A BREANNA G. MCDOUGALL; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 6 day of January, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 70 - 71, BLOCK 2706, OF CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 39, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 142 THROUG 154, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
