NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050726, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MARCH 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE2 is the Plaintiff, and VALERIA HOLMES A/K/A VALERIE MCBRIDE HOLMES; LAROCHE HOLMES A/K/A LAROCHE SHERROD HOLMES A/K/A LAROCHE S. HOLMES; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; N/K/A CLARA N. HOLMES;; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; LEE COUNTY CLERK OF THE COURT; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on March 14, 2016 at 9:00 a.m the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

126.61 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 01 DEGREE 06' 50” EAST OR 160 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 88 DEGREES 53' 10” EAST FOR 126.67 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEING LOTS 48 AND 49, UNRECORDED FIRST ADDITION TO BILLIES CREEK ESTATES. BEARING HEREINABOVE MENTIONED ARE FROM CONSIDERING THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 AS BEING NORTH 88 DEGREES 57' 30” EAST.
