NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-051163 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Daniel A. Sulrzycki; Heather R. Sulrzycki are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on December 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 27 AND 28, BLOCK 3188, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 2 TO 26, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
