NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2015, and entered in 2012-CA-055478 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST SERIES 2006-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and NATACHA D HURTADO SUAREZ A/K/A NATACHA D HURTADO A/K/A NATACHA HURTADO; DAVID COTO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID COTO are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 30 AND 31, BLOCK 2740, UNIT 39, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 142 THROUGH 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
