NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 25, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-054001, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY FKA BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE VENDEE MORTGAGE TRUST 1999-2 is Plaintiff and ROD KHLEIF; MEILIN KHLEIF A/K/ MEILIN KHEIF; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FLORIDA FIRST ESCROW COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF 1203 SE 21ST AVENUE TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 9, 2002; are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 30 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK 1409, UNIT 18, CAPE CORALSUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 96 THROUGH 120, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
