YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action seeking partition the following real property located in Lee County, Florida has been filed against you:
Lot 121 in that certain subdivision known as TOWN & RIVER ESTATES, Unit 5, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida in Plat Book 25, Pages 75 and 76
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, KEITH H. HAGMAN, ESQ., The Pavese Law Firm, P.O. Drawer 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902 on or before December 30, 2015 and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks in Lee County, Florida.
