NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated the 13th day of November, 2015, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 09-CA-051141, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on February 17, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lots 3 through 6, Block 834, Unit 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 119, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
