PATON A/K/A REGAN PATON; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; PINE MEADOW ASSOCIATION,INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 12/14/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
