Rushing Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 14th day of December, 2015, at 9:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 117 of Town and Country Estates, Unit No. 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page(s) 29, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
