NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 19, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 006110 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and RONNY ST LOUIS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SACO I TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE BACKED-CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONNY ST. LOUIS NKA JULIE ST. LOUIS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of December, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 262, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES 1ST ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 5, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
