MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-AR6 is the Plaintiff and KACIE TIPP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KACIE TIPP; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, TRUSTEEON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-C; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 04, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
