NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 000703 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and FRED A. TYRE A/K/A FRED ALLEN TYRE A/K/A FRED TYRE; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 21st day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 10, PINE SHORES ESTATES, 4TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
