Marilyn Judith Bedwin (date of birth 7/27/29) who lived at 4706 Crystal Ave. in Sarasota County, Florida, died September 2, 2015. There is no personal representative of the settlor's estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Marilyn Judith Bedwin, or the Marilyn J. Bedwin Revocable Living Trust dated January 20, 1987, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to Kevin J. Bedwin and/or Thomas Van Hall, Co- Trustees, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
