NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment/Order of Foreclosure dated , entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-3347-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein T.J. RICHARDSON and SUSAN H. RICHARDSON, AS CO-TRUSTEES OF THE T.J. RICHARDSON REVOCABLE TRUST UAD FEBRUARY 8, 2006, is Plaintiff, and EDIF HOLDINGS, and any and all known parties are Defendants. I will sell the following property located in SARASOTA County, Florida:
Lots 11 and 13, Block H, CITY PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 151, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M on JANUARY 5, 2016. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
