NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2015, entered in Case No. 2015CA001574CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BR3 is the Plaintiff and Magali Zequeira; Unknown Spouse of Magali Zequeira; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for WMC Mortgage Corp. are the Defendants, that Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2743, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT TWENTY-FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 55 AND 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
