BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS, CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC1, Plaintiff, and, RYAN SIMMONS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 23rd day of December, 2015, the following described property:
