NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-000153WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DAVID L SHARROW; MAUREEN J SHARROW A/K/A MAUREEN SHARROW; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; CYPRESS LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF PASCO, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Paula S.
