NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-004064-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and LOUISE B. CLARK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUISE B. CLARK; THIOMAS WILSON CLARK A/K/A THOMAS W. CLARK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS WILSON CLARK A/K/A THOMAS W. CLARK; UNKNOWN TENANT#1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 21st day of December, 2015, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 52 MINUTES 45 SECONDS EAST, ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION 28, 25.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF RAMSEY ROAD, 334.90 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE LEAVING SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 52 MINURES 45 SECONDS EAST, 244.15 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 01 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST, 100.00 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 52 MINURES 45 SECONDS WEST 244.18 FEET TO THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF RAMSEY ROAD, THENCE NORTH ALONG RIGHT OF WAY LINE 100.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
