NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 6, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-4975-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee Under the Indenture relating to IMH Assets Corp., Collateralized Asset-Backed Bonds, Series 2005-7 is the Plaintiff and James Bodmann; Lucille Bodmann; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Tenant #1, Tenant #2, Tenant #3, and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 70, WESTWOOD UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 PAGE 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
