NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2015, entered in Case No. 2015CA000343CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and Michele Fernandez a/k/a Michele M. Fernandez; Unknown Spouse of Michele Fernandez a/k/a Michele M. Fernandez are the Defendants, that Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, LAKE PADGETT EAST, ISLAND ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 57-59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
