THE WEST 1/2 OF TRACT 11 IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH RANGE 20 EAST OF DAVIS AND DOWDELL ADDITION TO WIMAUMA SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 136 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF VACATED ROAD LYING NORTH AND ADJACENT TO SAID TRACT 11, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE NORTH 40 FEET OF TRACT 12.
