Unit No. 225, of RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM I, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 52 through 52-10, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 29 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3615, Page 1906, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements, and any amendments thereto.
