LOT 49, BAY PORT COLONY PHASE II UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5818 GALLEON WAY, TAMPA, FL 33615; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on January 4, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
