NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 20, 2015, entered in Case No. 10-CA-000429 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as trustee is the Plaintiff and Samuel Prioreschi; Unknown Spouse of Samuel Prioreschi, if any; Any and All Unknown Parties claiiming by, through, under and against the herein named defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Lenders Network USA, Inc.; Suntrust Bank; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 8th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 436.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 360.00 FEET OF THE NORTH ½ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH RANGE 21 EAST, LESS THE SOUTH 260.00 FEET OF THE EAST 185.00 FEET THEREOF, ALL LYING AND BENG IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
