NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 03, 2015, and entered in 12-CA-018376-N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY AS SUCCESSOR TO THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB3 is the Plaintiff and DAVID WEILER; ELIZABETH L. WEILER AKA ELIZABETH WEILER; PROVIDENCE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION INC.; MOON RIVER ESTATES 3, INC.; FL ALLIANCE INC, A NOT-FOR-PROFIT FLORIDA CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BRANDON-1523 ATTLEBORO LANE TRUST, DATED JUNE 26, 2012; COMPUTER RESEARCH DATA 3, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LEO GONZALEZ are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 22, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK “D”, PROVIDENCE LAKES UNIT III, PHASE “A”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 3 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
