NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment in Favor of Plaintiff, Chelsea Manor Property Owners Association, Inc., entered in this cause on November 17, 2015 by the COUNTY COURT of Hillsborough County, Florida, the property described as:
Lot 3, Block 22, CHELSEA MANOR, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 10, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

shall be sold at public sale at the following location: In an online sale conducted by the Clerk of Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, which sale may be accessed thorugh the Clerk's website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 10:00 AM, on January 8, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other tahn the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
