NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-017528, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and CHARLES S MCBETH; JAMIE MCBETH; EASTON PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF NEW TAMPA INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on December 18, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 13, EASTON PARK PHASE 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 110, PAGES 203 THROUGH 239, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
