Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
The South 145 feet of Lots 11 and 12, all of Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16, Block 9, CHELSEA SUBDIVISION, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 23, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
AND
Lot 17, Block 9, CHELSEA SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 23, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
AND
Lot 18, Block 9, CHELSEA SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as the same is recorded in Plat Book 4, page 23, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
AND
The South 100 feet of Lot 19, Block 9, CHELSEA SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 23, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on February 5, 2016. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The balance of the final bid amount plus the court registry fees must be received by the Clerk's office no later 12:00 PM ET the next business day following the sale. Accepted forms of payment are cash or cashier's checks.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
