NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-002789 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1,2005 PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WHQ3, is Plaintiff and JAMES MCCRICKARD; ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block C, of RIDGEWOOD PARK, According to the Map or Plat thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 6, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 2308 North Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33602
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
