NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-000055-CI-015 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CAPTIVA CAY HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and SHEILA P. SHUMAN ; PAUL F. SHUMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION and CAPTIVA CAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of January, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 202, Building No. 8, Phase II, of Captiva Cay, a Phase Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 118, pages 85 through 89, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 9623, pages 146 through 193 together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
