NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 30, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-005222-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is the Plaintiff, and WANDA J. BIANCO; CITY OF PINELLAS PARK, FLORIDA are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on December 16, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, DAWNEE BROOK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS REDORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 100 AND 101 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
