PUBLIC NOTICE
The InterCultural Advocacy Institute is contracting for the replacement of 4 exterior doors and the main entrance double-wide door at its location at 612 Franklin St., Clearwater FL 33756.
These are all fire exit doors, and include the following:
•Remove and install 4 single exterior doors, including the frame
•Impact glass in three of the four exterior doors
•Remove and install the double-wide French-style main door, including impact glass with 15 light colonial grids
•Install exit push bars on all doors
•Install gutters/flashing above 2 single doors to divert rainfall
Bidders conference will be at The above location on Wednesday , December 2 at 2:00 PM.

This is a COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM PROJECT, Grant Number B-15-MC-12-0002, funded through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Department. Therefore, federal regulations including, but limited to the following shall apply: Federal Labor Standards per 29 CFR part 3 and 5, Procurement Procedures per Part 85 of the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Affirmative Action to achieve Equal Employment Opportunity per 41 CFR 60-4 and Section 3 provisions per 24 CFR 135, Section 306 of the Clean Water Act per 42 USC 1857 (h), Section 508 of the Clean Air Act per 33 UWC 1368, Executive Order 11738 and Environmental Protection Agency regulations per 40 CFR part 15.
